Anger Management Assessments/Evaluations

Do you need an assessment or evaluation for anger management? These are sometimes required for court, or other legal proceedings or simply for self-growth. Our assessment process is simple and easy to complete. Click either of the "Register" buttons below and you will receive a link to download a copy of the assessment questionnaire. Complete the questionnaire at home, work or anywhere you wish. Once completed, simply mail, fax or email your answers back to our office. Dr. Novick will review your results and produce a write up with recommendations.

Free Hard Copy Mailed at No Cost

We will email you a copy of your results and we will also mail an original embossed copy of your results with Dr. Novick's signature via USPS First Class mail for free. Expedited shipping options are available.

Standard Anger Management Evaluation (Monday through Friday only)

Select this option if you are not in need of receiving your write-up and recommendation results within 2 business days. Standard service means we will provide your results within 7-10 business days of receiving your completed assessment. Results will be emailed to you and a hard copy will also be put in the mail at no additional cost.

Expedited Anger Management Evaluation (Monday through Friday only)

Select this option if you need to have your evaluation results back to you within 2 business days. We must receive your completed answers by 12pm, PST during the business week (M-F). We will have your write-up with recommendations emailed to you within 2 business days or less and a hard copy will also be mailed at no additional cost
