Overcome Angry Behavior and Improve Your Life
Anger is a human emotion that we all experience. It alerts us to something or someone we need to pay attention to in order to protect ourselves from feelings of hurt, intimidation, fear and insecurity, or unfair treatment. Some people are able to handle their angry response by effectively expressing their thoughts and coming up with solutions to resolve the conflict. However, others lose control which can result in clouded judgment, physical or verbal aggression, and high levels of stress for everyone involved.
How an individual responds to anger is often something they’ve learned from role models during childhood. You may have experienced years of watching your dad kick the wall or scream at your mother, and have grown up with the perception that this is the appropriate way to react when you are mad. Now you’ve reached adulthood and have found that the complex circumstances and relationships in every day life can be extremely challenging. Is your uncontrolled anger now costing you work promotions, friends, family and even your health? If you are ready to get your life moving in the right direction you can learn how to choose your reactions for a more positive outcome.

We Stand Behind Our Programs!
While we have experienced success in cities like Eugene, Corvallis, Bend and Salem, we always suggest that our clients get prior approval to take an online class from their judge, probation officer, social worker, employer or attorney. This is because every case is different and in some situations the individual is required to take an in-person class. However, if you do take our class and for any reason the legal system or your employer doesn’t accept it, we offer a 100% refund. Simply fax or email us the written proof of decline or proof of enrollment in another class, within 60 days of class purchase. Once we receive this paperwork, we will process your refund.
Real People To Talk To
We have received numerous compliments about our prompt and helpful customer service. You can reach us during the workweek Monday – Friday from 9 a.m. – 6 p.m. PST. If you get our voicemail, please leave a message and we will get back to you shortly. We respond to email 365 days a year.
Why Oregonians Take Our Anger Classes
Let’s face it; most Oregonians agree that they love their state. They say that the cities have a strong community feel, with many generous people. It’s a casual and active lifestyle with a focus on environmental sustainability. Many commuters like to bike to work, you can run into your neighbors out walking their dogs, and going for a hike on the weekend is a popular activity. There are great jobs to be found in one of the big corporations located here like Nike, Columbia Sportswear, FLIR systems and Harry and David.
However, there are also a number of reasons that residents of the Beaver State have enrolled in our classes over the years. First of all, in 2013 United Van Lines named Oregon the number one moving destination. This increase in population has led to increased reports of road rage. In December 2012, 3 Oregon State football players were arrested for driving related assault charges. In October 2013, a bus driver for the Oregon City School District almost pushed other cars off the road during a traffic jam. Most recently, the Beaverton police department reported that an angry driver rammed another car and then brandished a weapon. Other issues include Oregon’s high suicide rate. The Portland Police Bureau reports that from 2011 - 2013, 202 people committed suicide, which is 3 times the national rate for the last reported year in 2010. The recent recession hit Oregon hard and the state is still working on getting things back to normal. Recent reports show that there are still 140,000 people working part-time who would like full-time positions. This compares with about 85,000 ten years ago. Oregon Anger Class Online has been a useful tool for many individuals to help better manage their angry emotions through this tumultuous time.
Oregon Client Testimony
“Awesome class. Had to fulfill a court order to take 26 weeks of anger management after I got into a very public altercation. Instead of having to spend 6 months at a class every Saturday, I was able to complete it on online. I learned great skills that I will definitely use for the rest of my life. I was frustrated that I had to take a class, but this was easy and I highly recommend it.” Zach M. – Springfield, OR
